i want to strangle the motherulers that run my workplace

I work in the training department of a manufacturing company. There are exactly two of us. We handle all new hire orientation and development.

We also handle all of the clerical work that comes with that training and scheduling the training.

I personally handle all of the production department's process documentation.

All of our time is consumed by these duties. We have no time to develop new training, do any kind of data analysis or work on any other projects because we are constantly hiring and terming.

We just got told today that we're doubling our workforce and adding a second shift. Job postings went up on Indeed yesterday and the managers don't know anything about it, only the vp and hr director do and they aren't here today.

When I raised concerns about who will do the training on this next shift (I do not have the time personally to do that, nor to train someone else to do it) I was told "oh you can just tape it".

I feel crazy, I want to scream.
