Help! Babies plus weight loss have wrecked my sizing knowledge

I used to comfortable fit in a 44-46 D-DD before I exclusively pumped for twins and then a singleton and THEN had weight loss surgery and lost 160lbs. It seems like I have no volume whatsoever so a smaller cup size seemed to make sense but reading here makes me think otherwise. My breasts are very pendulous and the small amount of fatty/breast tissue remaining is all at the “bottom” or pendulous part. When I try to scoop and stuff, they fold in half and most days they ache when I remove my current bra (a lightly lined sports bra).

Here are my measurements: Loose underbust: 38” Snug underbust: 37” Tight underbust: 36” Standing bust: 40.5” Leaning bust: 44” Lying down bust: 42”

I used the calculator and it suggested a 38D but I just have no idea what I’m doing. I don’t love underwires because they pinch the extra skin all the way from one end to the other from the weight loss. Should I try or avoid specific brands based on the pendulous part? I want to feel cute again!
