Got this on trade...now what?

I'm new to the AR-10 game. I got this Aero M5 in a trade. What should I throw at this? It's got a kaw valley 5.6 Oz buffer weight, a CMC single stage trigger, and an adjustable gas block. Everything else is Aero Precision. Needs a new optic, bipod, and cool factor stuff. Recommendations???
