Lost it And Cursed Out my AC Company Today on the Phone

I’m out of state for the summer as it is hot there and I had my AC company come Friday to do basic maintenance just changing my filter etc.

On Friday they left a pretty powerful ceiling light on in my kitchen as seen on my camera.

I call Saturday and they tell it’s just for emergencies at that time.

I call today and they tell me it will cost me $65 for them to come back and turn off the light.

You often hear people say things like “I’m a nice person, but you don’t want to get on my bad side!” Well, I’m an extreme case of this. I screamed profanities until they hung up and then I wrote a nasty email. Right as I finished sending I received the invoice for the work and responded back they can take me to court for the $85 now.

In the last 7 years I paid them 15k for their work (2 homes) and when I told them about the light there was never one apology either BTW.

They eventually texted me saying that they obviously wouldn’t go to court for that little money and not to worry about paying any more.

Because they did that I erased the negative reviews I wrote (Threads were poppin’ on FB already)

Sometimes we need to stand up for ourselves..
