I think my Uniuni driver stole my package

So I ordered something on Aliexpress, and I wake up on Sunday and find I got some texts about the delivery. The driver implied they couldn't complete the delivery and would try to redeliver on Tuesday. My apartments callbox is broken, it's been an issue with deliveries before, I didn't think anything of it other than being annoyed they didn't call my phone. Later that day I'm checking my email and noticed the package was marked as delivered! As far as I could tell, before the text was sent to me. They have a picture of it on the ground outside my building- completely unacceptable even if they left it there, but I go to check anyway and it isn't there. Could have been stolen by my driver, could have been someone else. My apartment cameras are also not working, for 5 years according to my landlord, so no evidence there, but the text message is sus as hell.

I've been phoning every uniuni number I could find, tried every path of their support bot, I emailed them using the email in their tos- no dice. I've since contacted AliExpress/the seller, waiting to hear back.

Anything else I can do to up my chances of getting this resolved? Trying to work around all of Uniuni's bullshit has been driving me insane.
