[App] ScreenOnAuto — mirror your phone to the AA display, with media controls

I'm the developer of **ScreenOnAuto** — it mirrors your Android phone's screen to the Android Auto display, and lets you control your phone's media apps from AA's media UI, including the steering-wheel buttons. Would love your feedback.

## What it does

- 🪞 **Real-time screen mirroring** — full-screen, or a Legacy mode side-by-side with the map - 🎵 **Media controls** from AA's native media UI, steering-wheel buttons included - 👆 **Touch forwarding** *(experimental)* — tap, scroll, fling and pinch-to-zoom on the AA display - ⚡ **On-screen buttons** — up to 4 quick-launch shortcuts, phone Back / Home / Recents, and force-landscape - 🔆 **Auto Dim, Prevent Sleep, Auto Start** when Android Auto connects - 🌍 **16 languages**, including Arabic (العربية) with full right-to-left support

## 🔓 Privileged Features *(optional, needs Shizuku or root)*

If your phone has neither, nothing changes for you — the section stays hidden and everything else works exactly as before.

- 🆕 **Match the phone screen to the car** *(new in v1.8.0)* — reshapes the phone's own display to your head unit's aspect ratio while mirroring, so the black bars are gone at the source instead of worked around. The head unit is measured automatically on connect — nothing to type in — and the phone's display is put back when you disconnect. - 🌙 **Turn the phone screen off** — the panel goes dark while the car keeps showing the mirror (rides on the Auto Dim idle timer) - 👋 **Real touch injection** — long-press, drag and multi-finger finally work on the Legacy mirror - 🚫 **Back / Home / Recents** with no Accessibility Service needed

On **Android 14+** you install via a Google Play tester list; on **13 and below** you can sideload.
