[Error] "Internet connection error or the server is busy. Please wait a moment and try again" Software update error on ASUS Tablet

I recently got one of our old family Tablets out of the cabinet and figured I would use it until I get my phone fixed. However, I keep getting a Software update error stating "Internet connection error or the server is busy. Please wait a moment and try again." It has been doing this every time I try to update the system for a few days and I'm not sure what else to do aside from factory reset the device, but from what I've been reading, I'm not sure if it's an issue with the device that won't be resolved with the reset but I'm not sure. Is anyone else getting this error? And what did you do to fix it? Should I just scrap it and get a new Tablet?
