Onn 4k Pro 2nd Gen at 97 dollars or Google TV Streamer at 60 dollars

I am from India and looking to get rid of firetv. I am getting Onn 4k Pro 2nd Gen at 97 dollars and the Google TV Streamer at 60 dollars (without remote). which is a better deal? I mostly use Nuvio and third party streaming apps and want a smooth and fluid experience.
