Technical Help: My watch isn't receiving notifications...

Has anybody else had similar issues since updating? This was never an problem for me before iOS 11 & WatchOS 4.

This has been going on for over a week now, sometimes the watch starts receiveing them again but it doesn't last and it's not just specific apps, it's either all or nothing. I still receive watch specific notifications like activity updates.

I've tried to fix it with turning off and on with both devices, going through notification settings on the watch app but haven't had any joy. So has anyone got any suggestions? Perhaps disconnecting the watch and setting it up again?
