Has Biden done enough to address the East Palestine Train disaster?
Already the Republican message is that Biden has done nothing and doesn't care about the people of Ohio. Trump even went there today to make a big political statement. The Mayor of East Palestine has made statements that Biden cares more about Ukraine then his own citizens.
As far as I know The Biden administration has contacted Governor Mike DeWine offering any assistance if they need it to which DeWine replied: "President Biden called me and said anything you need. I have not called him back after that conversation. I will not hesitate to do that if we're seeing a problem, but I'm not seeing it."
It appears that the EPA is forcing the Norfolk Southern train company to clean up the mess.
Is this enough of a response? Or should Biden be doing more? Should Biden have made more of a direct statement in regards to the disaster?
