22M, not on any medications.

So I fell down like 3 steps and when I fell I smacked/landed on my leg directly on the edge of the step. Was disoriented for a sec (didn’t hit my head) needed a minute to process within a few minutes my leg bruised like this… and when looking at it from the side there was a visible dent in my shin area it’s not as bad as it was when it first happened, but I figured I should mention it.

does this look concerning? My skin also got scraped pretty good, I cleaned the area after it happened like where the skin broke. Also when I touch the bruise itself I can’t feel any pain or anything (yet) so…idk if that’s like bad? It just happened a few mins ago I can still walk fine and everything, there’s some slight swelling around the bruise but I’m guessing that’s to be expected

Should I go to the walk in clinic? And is there anything I should watch out for?
