Skills Assessment Interpretation

Hi everyone, so I recently received a Positive Skills assessment as the letter says “Your skills have been assessed to be suitable against the requirements for ANZSCO code 224999 Information and Organisation Professionals nec (Data Scientist) as of 30-Sep-2024.”

Then it goes ahead to list my two work experiences as closely related; “The following work experiences have been assessed to be closely related to ANZSCO code 224999 Information and Organisation Professionals nec (Data Scientist)”

The first experience is from 25-Mar-2019 to 23-Oct-2023 (4 year(s) 7 month(s)) and the second experience is 25-May-2025 to 27-Aug-2026 (1 year(s) 3 month(s))

Does this mean I can claim both of the work experiences or only claim the second one which came after my degree? I am a bit confused.
