Passed AZ-104!!!
Wanted to quickly share my studying material to hopefully help someone. Took me about 2 months of off and on studying and 1 solid week of studying with no distractions. The exam was very tough. A lot of scenario questions where you have to click back and forth for the case study. I thought I for sure failed to the point where I was skimming questions and answering as fast as I could cause I was also running out of time and fast. Ended up passing in the 700's and I was getting 90% on practice Dojo exams. I had a tough time with storage, and of course I ended up with a lot of storage questions on the actual exam.
1. Plural Sight videos. My company pays for subscription so I used it as a free resource for the videos only. I feel these vids were alright but not my main resource which helped me. 2. John Savills Videos. Extremely helpful to wrap your head around everything. Went through all his videos and just had them playing in the background at work and I would listen to him my entire shift. The study cram for Az-104 was played more than 4 times for sure as well. 3. Tutorials Dojo practice exams. Extremely helpful and deff recommend. I saw a hand full of questions on the real exam that were pretty much taken word for word from these practice exams. Get them! 4. MS Learn modules. Went through all of these and did the sand box prep as well in the learn modules. Very helpful to understand a lot of things in Azure. Nothing better than the actual documentation, this is what you'll be reading as well one day if you are on a project for your company. 5. Whizlabs exams. I did the practice exams and honestly I did not like them, there were a lot of errors on these exams as well and compared to the real exam, they are nothing really like it. Used these one time around all exams and went and got the Dojo exams.
Hope this helps someone! Not too sure what is next, may switch up to the sec+ because my boss mentioned it so I could renew my Net+ and A+. Good luck, so many times I wanted to quit studying for this exam cause it was pretty tough material to grasp, but kept at it and glad I did.
