Synthesizer cake as requested by my Dad

Bringing together my love of baking with my Dad's retirement hobby, I present to you: a synthesizer cake. Don't think I'm quite ready for Is It Cake yet but it did fool my 4 year old (probably helps that he doesn't know what a synthesizer is...)

Inside is a chocolate sponge, milk chocolate ganache and salted caramel spread. Didn't make the spread, I bought it in a jam factory with my dad so it's special even if not homemade.
