Incepting the idea of building a kingdom into a AI clan leaders head

Do we know if it’s possible to get a lone clan to start a new faction, I know it’s possible through mods but I’m on console. Say hypothetically if you had conquered calradia and then kicked out one of your clans and say left a honey pot town and or castle for him or her to take would they start a new faction? Someone test this theory or something it’s be cool or whatever.
