WIP my first battle vest (mostly black metal)

first post and probably only one until im finished with this vest

ive been working on it since 2023. a few days ago a big batch of patches arrived (late self christmas gift) and i unsewed most of them to try a new layout and i feel like its finally starting to look legit and wanted to share

the only thing thats missing is a third backpatch up there, im thinking of getting a mortiis or a mysticum one

i want opinions on the placements, tips for a beginner and band sugestions - i mostly like black, war and doom metal, grindcore and dungeon synth

picture 3 is other patches i have lying around that id like to also include in the jacket. how would you put them or what patch would you replace on the current layout? or leave them out? or change to another vest entirely with no spikes?

i also have a LOT of other band patches id like to find or DIY and include, my absolute most wanted being: gris, goatpenis, satanic warmaster, darkthrone, drudkh, hate forest, seviss, gothmog, omitir, mons veneris, cripta oculta, paysage dhiver and neckbeard deathcamp for the lols. i dont know how i would fit them all tho lmao

and, for anyone that cares, im not right wing and obviously not into the politics of any of the bands - but im also not dense so i dont intend to wear this vest casually or to punk shows, id wear this for black metal focused concerts only. even then, i wouldnt include band logos that include nazi adjacent names/symbols like totenkopfs or swastikas. ah and i personally dont like patches with album pictures too (the revenge and bathory ones are exceptions) and prefer it when vests are symmetrycal and simple so ill probably not be adding studs anywhere else
