Online Radio Station with Remote Streaming

Hey!

So I am looking into developing an online streaming station for the Skate community.

Looking for something that I can have running 24/7 from my home computer that i dont use (it just going to play mixes my friends and i have done), but when we do events and sessions at the rink, i want to be able to broadcast it onto the online radio station.

Anyone know any software capable of handling such?
