Looking for General Practitioner Recommendations (See Description)

A friend recently moved to the Buffalo area and is a bigger person (6ft 6in and a bit overweight). Not looking for people's opinions on health relating to being overweight, just GP recommendations. His fear with GPs is they will just always blame his issues on him being overweight (fatphobic), so does anyone have any recommendations of GPs?
