What remote connection options does Volkswagen support in Australia?

I can't find any clear information about which, if any, remote connect (4G) features are available for the Volkswagen ID Buzz Cargo. I'm about to purchase one (ex-demo late-2024 model) and even the dealer can't give me a clear answer. I want to monitor the battery and set/monitor the cabin temperature remotely which I've heard is supposed to be possible. I've also seen somewhere there's a WI-FI hotspot option but I don't know if it's available in Australia or what it actually costs. I can't even tell what the service/app is called. Volkswagen have a page about "Go Connect" with fuck-all information about what it does. The UK site talks about "We Connect". The US site talks about "myVW | Remote Access". How is anyone supposed to make sense of all this?
