What can I do to cure the curse

My family is cursed. Mom was recently diagnosed with schizophrenia. Uncle died in a car accident in his 20s. And grandmother slipped in a bathtub and became completely disabled for twenty years until she passed away. I am extremely worried that the next victim would be me. What can I do to escape this curse. What should I do. Please tell me I have no where to ask.
