[Ask]Card Level Caps for trophy ranges

So since overleveling is such a big problem starting from pekkas playhouse, which is in the lower half of arenas, amazing that overlevling can be seen so early on, who else thinks that we should have card and king level caps for trophy ranges, i.e. 2800-3500 capped at 9/7/4/1 with level 9 king tower and stuff like that. It gives an incentive to climb as its useless to upgrade cards above the cap, as you don't gain anything so to level up you have to push higher.
