Are there any hospitals with labor & delivery that are NOT “baby friendly?”

I’m trying to find a hospital with a labor & delivery unit that does not have the “baby friendly” designation. While “baby friendly” sounds very nice, in practice it’s terrifying.

(See: https://fedisbest.org/2017/02/given-just-one-bottle-still-alive/, https://www.forbes.com/sites/kavinsenapathy/2017/10/19/who-breastfeeding-guidelines-fail-to-meet-human-rights-standards/amp/)

Both Cleveland Clinic and UH use this protocol. I would like to stay closer to home (Garfield Heights), but don’t mind going out of the county if I have to.

I have CHAMPVA insurance so I can go almost anywhere. I do unfortunately need to deliver in a hospital rather than a freestanding birthing center because I am a high-risk pregnancy for multiple reasons.
