Desperately need to rehome a dog

I have a severe (and rapidly worsening) allergy to dogs/cats, and I need to rehome my dog as soon as possible but I cannot find anyone who can take him in. I've had him his whole life - he is some sort of pit mix, 7 years old, neutered, with no bite history and all of his shots. He is energetic and adores people, but has no experience with cats and has had trouble getting along with some other dogs since I moved to Columbus a couple months ago. He has lived with two other dogs (both of which were also male and fixed) but likely needs to be the only pet in the house due to his recent anxiety.

I will drive any reasonable distance, but I need to rehome him as soon as possible because my health has gone completely to shit and I cannot take it anymore. The local shelters and facebook groups have been zero help and I don't just want to release him into the wild but I have to permanently get all the dander out of my home immediately. Even a crumb of assistance would be immensely appreciated.
