Whatever happened with this new update has made me so sad.

Just a rant.

I play kind of a lot on PVE. I’ve spent most of the last few weeks gathering resources and processing them so I could rebuild a medium sized base that decayed randomly about 2 hours after I logged out.

This morning I logged in to all of my fireplaces, furnaces and some workbenches gone along with random decorations just randomly decayed. The logs show the day after I last played. Is there some kind of new decay rule or something where you have to log in at a certain time? All of my stuff was INSIDE my base and attached to something so it wasn’t sitting randomly on the ground. Other items are still around them.

So frustrating. I realize it’s just a game and PVE isn’t the main focus of this game but all that time spent working toward something only to lose it in a random glitch feels so upsetting to me. I think I’m pretty level headed but today was the first time in my life I’ve ever thrown a controller.
