Ticketmaster resales: Do artists benefit?

I'm guessing the answer is no, but I thought I would ask. I was just looking at tickets for Waxahatchee and MJ Lenderman in Brooklyn. People are trying to resell their tickets at Ticketmaster for $300-$400.

I was thinking I should have bought tickets, but they were already too expensive for me when they first went on sale. Anyway, I was wondering if the artists benefit from high resale prices? Unlikely, I realize, but you never know.
