Wheat BRAN!!!

I just wanted to share with this sub. I've tried everything. Wheat BRAN- not germ, not psyllium, not oats- is what helps. I don't know how it took me so long to figure we need INSOLUBLE fiber if we tend towards constipation.

I started it about a week ago and nothing has ever been so helpful

EDIT: since many are asking, here is my copypaste of how I used it: I just ate the powder with a meal on day 1. It worked!! Then I made some crackers using wheat bran and whole wheat. But just eating the powder, just straight up with a spoon (glass of water nearby and drinking lots), produced an excellent movement the next day

EDIT 2: I just learned wheat bran is very high in fructans, so if anyone has sensitivities, beware.
