Just got paroled back into the USA 🇺🇸

I applied for AP October 10th. Got approved January 26th. Left March 7th and came back March 25th. I haven’t been to Mexico since we left in 1997. It was nice seeing lots of family that I have not seen in such a long time. I could go on and write more but I’m here to share my experience coming back. I was super anxious but it was actually a really smooth process. The agent asked me for my documents. I handed her my passport, AP letter and EAD. She took my finger prints and took a picture and told me to wait cuz they were going to double check my identity. Then I waited by a wall then I followed this guy into the famous cuartito. After what seemed like a very long time, the other agent called my name told me to grab my stuff and to follow him to baggage claim. He handed me my EAD and the AP letter with the parole stamp and they kept the other paper. Then he told me I would get my passport once they checked my bags. The agents checking my bag were the ones asking me more questions but they seemed really friendly. They searched my bags. Then they told me I was good to go. Handed me my passport and I was on my way.

If you haven’t done AP. I say do it do it do it. I should’ve done it sooner but I’m glad I did it.

Will I travel again with AP? Probably not. I’m too much of an over thinker and anxious person. (I was even shaking when they were taking my finger prints. The agent told me to relax)I want to get my greencard now that I have my stamp and travel that way.
