Where are the high-paying jobs?

I'm not a coder, but I see people post that they have $28-35/hr non-coding jobs on their dash. I've been doing this for months and while I'm fortunate enough to have many projects on my dashboard, I've never seen anything over $24.

I do qualifications when they come up. It is just luck? Skillset?

Also has anyone seen any paid-per-task in the last few months? I miss those lol
