Scout Is Special Powdering Over Landmarks. Which Can He Make?

Scout wouldn't stop talking about Special Powder, so the dwarves have challenged him to jump over various Earth monuments. With 44 rounds of ammo, 2 in the chamber, a grappling hook and a dream, Scout attempts to jump over gaps, buildings, and more. Which do you think he can cross?

\-Scout must reload every 2 shots, as normal.

\-A quick google search promises gravity on Hoxxes is 9.8m/s\^2, same as Earth, so expect him to behave like on Hoxxes.

\-Scout may grapple, but he may never set his feet down. IE, if he jumps over the Eiffel Tower, he can grapple for height and wait for Born Ready, but he can't just stop at the Jules Vernes and wait for grapple cooldown or reload.

\-Don't worry, Scout may still grapple downwards to avoid fall damage.

How well would Scout do in his attempts to leap over landmarks tall and wide? Or can he in fact shatter expectations so hard that even mountains, seas, and the atmosphere cannot contain him?
