The Way of the Warrior is the best season opener of any Star Trek series

It's got it all:

\- DS9 turning into a photon-launching, phaser-firing badass menace (the camera pan across DS( firing out phasers left, right and centre always gives me chills)

\- quality banter between Garak & Dukat

\- introduction of Worf

\- introduction of Martok

\- introduction of a BALD Sisko

\- Gowron and his manson lamps

\- epic 90s Star Trek space battles

\- treaties being broken

\- Quark laying down some wisdom

\- Kira, Dax & Sisko beating down Klingons hand-to-hand

\- first time seeing and hearing the reworked opening credits and title music

It's a pretty significant turn in the feel and arc of DS9 as a whole. It's really where the show comes into it's own for mine. I can't think of a better season opener to any other Star Trek series.
