Begging for a queue fix for seasonal missions next season

I have been addicted to this game but it's literally impossible for me to complete Seasonal Missions on NA and EU servers (which are the only servers under 200 ping for me), I have spent 95%+ of my time "playing" the game sitting in queues whenever I need to complete missions outside of Zero Damn and if next season doesn't fix that I gotta leave the game, like most of my friends have already done.

Do something, add bots to normal, start games with fewer players, let players select multiple regions, let players select both squadfill on and off, let seasonal missions be done in easy mode, make seasonal missions that aren't map specific. There are so many options, do something, doing nothing is just causing more and more people to quit making the problem worse.
