Hottake: Shinobu is top 2-3 Hashira

I'll keep it short. Basically, Shinobu in BASE was so fast that Doma couldn't keep up with her. Now that's not enough to defeat a demon, but in a fight against a hashira, who can't regenerate, and isn't semi immortal, that's basically a death sentence. So Shinobu beats most hashiras just due to her sheer speed alone, only exceptions being Gyomei, and possibly Sanemi. God knows what would happen if this woman got the mark.
