What do you do when someone draws 0 lands all game?

Inspired by my game last night, my 37-land deck drew 0 lands until I had mulliganed down to 4, at which point I kept a 2-lander. An opponent was on group hug and dropped \[\[rites of flourishing\]\] early, so everyone else was at around 8 lands. In the top 20 cards of my 37-land deck, I drew 0 additional lands and scooped without playing a single card, then ended up sitting around for an hour twiddling my thumbs

There is a non-zero chance that there just aren't any lands in the top 20+ cards of any deck. What do you do when this happens? Does that player just not get to play that evening, or is there a more elegant solution people have found? ​
