Perfect wargear for Terminators?

I plan to run 2 squads of Terminators (in 1K list, oscillating between picking Brutes+Spectacle Terminator/Blades heavy list with Stalker/Brigand support or more all rounder Peerless Bladesmen) and only vague idea how to equip them.

I think for having Sustained Hits it would be wise to have better attacks rather than more of them, so how does unit loadout like this looks like:

* Paired accursed weapons (can't go all fists :( ). * 3x Combi Weapons + Power Fists - low volume high damage attacks love Sus1 * Reaper Autocannon + Chainfist

(also Frenzied Ferocity upgrade)

Do you think this have some merit? I will be going vs Tyranids, so maybe it would be better to go with Combi-Bolters and/or Accursed Weapons? Heavy Flamer is also interesting sidegrade to Autocannon...
