How do I complete the daily quests faster?

I want to level up my characters even farther but right now the only issue is the absolute insane ampunt of time it takes me. Im talking 15+ turns usually, is this normally how long it takes to complete just one quest? I see team compositions that do it faster but they are decently high level usually, a thing I can't achieve right now. I have to mention I mean all of the highest level ones, not specifically one.
