Is Azrael a better swordsman than Kojiro?

The wiki explains that Azreal had attained the pinnacle of swordsmanship. So much so that he had defeated the 19 Zabaniyas single handedly whilst in hell. How would his sword skill compare to that of Kojiro Sasaki another man who devoted himself to the sword and was able to transcend realms with it. In a scenario where all stats were equal in a plain field, would Azreal be able to beat Kojiro or would it go the other way.
