Failed Spiral Vase Mode

I am trying to print this lamp shade to gift to my mom for Christmas. I have a couple ideas what may be causing the issue, but wanna run it through ol’ Reddit reliable before wasting more time and filament.

This is my first time printing in spiral vase mode as well as my first print with PETG. I chose PETG for the better light diffusion properties (right?). But I think my temperature may be too low and that’s what is causing those issues on the bottom? My other guess would be my print speed. Not really sure how to solve this as I haven’t had much experience in troubleshooting prints. My Bambu P1P was a beast with PLA. With this print though it created that mess on the bottom all the way around pretty much.
