[Spoiler] How rich is Barry?

On last night's episode of Arrow, we saw several founding members of the Justice League gather at a building that looked exactly like the Hall of Justice from the 80's cartoon. In reference to the giant building, Barry causally says, "I guess I own it." I believe he owns the particle accelerator building as well. Do we have any idea how much wealth he has? As an unemployed, young forensic scientist, he's got to have a way to pay for the property taxes on those very large buildings, at least.
