HND - International to Domestic at w/ ~1hr20min layover and vice versa doable?

Hello r/flights! Our flight w/ ANA is coming up in the next 2 weeks from to Japan. This is our first trip to Japan, so let's say this a big learning experience. Now, after doing some research, it seems like my S/O and I are cutting it close and could use some advice on how to prevent catastrophe. We are US Citizens. Sadly, our flights are non-refundable nor adjustable based off the written policy.

According to our itenerary based off the ANA app & website, our arriving JFK > HND #NH159 arrival on 9/9 is 05:00 AM at Terminal 2. Then, HND > ITM #NH985 is 06:25 AM at Terminal 2.

For our departure on 9/23 ITM > HND #NH040 is 21:35 PM at Terminal 2, then HND > JFK #NH160 at 22:55PM at Terminal 3.

My questions are:

- What is the best/quickest way to move between HND Terminal 2 and 3? - For both ways, do we have to collect our checked luggage? We plan on only bringing one checked luggage and our carry-ons

- If we have our immigration form QRs filled out in advance for the arrival, will this help making the process smoother?

- Leaving Japan, are there any immigration/customs procedures we must follow?

Is this feasible? Any advice would be helpful.
