Gmail not sending notifications to my OnePlus

I have a OnePlus Nord CE2 running on OxygenOS 13.0. For about a month now, I am receiving no Gmail notifications whatsoever. All notifications for Gmail is allowed. There is no data saver mode or limited processes, or anything like that on that might limit it. Gmail is still sending notifications to my Gmail on my iPad. The actual app gets the emails received. Turning the phone off and on again, as well as deleting and re-downloading the app doesn't fix the problem. I've cleared the cache, and clearing the actual app data for both Gmail and Google Play Services fails. It would just ask me to sign in, I sign in, it takes me back to the clear data page, I press the button again, and it fails.

The only suspicious setting I find is that Settings → Battery → More Settings, Gmail does not appear in the list of apps under either 'Optimise battery use' or 'App battery management'. If it's suppose to be there, I see no way of adding Gmail to those lists.

I can find a solution online. If anyone knows what's up, I'd really appreciate it.
