Always on display regularly says the wrong time

Multiple times a day whenever my watch goes to sleep and activates always on display, the time will freeze and stop updating.

At work I have to write the precise times that things happen, regularly I'll look at my watch, write down the time, and then all the sudden my watch will jump 10 minutes ahead because it wakes up. This screws everything up. I do security and if I continue to rely on this watch I'm going to get fired. How many times did I write down the wrong time before I noticed my watch does this?

It's just so frustrating because it's a watch, that can't even tell time. It's effectively garbage. It's insane that a $10 watch from Walmart is more deserving of being on my wrist than this expensive smartwatch that's packed with computing power
