What do you think causes the redpill/blackpill/incel phenomenon and how can it be solved?

Basically, a lot of gen Z guys seem to get roped into these extreme sort of ideas. What has caused this issue in our generation particularly, and how can we stop the radicalization of so many zoomers?

Edit: to everyone saying it’s an online issue. When the whole country is chronically online, online issues are real issues. We currently have a mainstream political VP candidate using incel-adjacent talking points.
