Hookworm and toy sanitizing questions

I recently adopted a hound mix that was a stray in Detroit and our vet diagnosed her with hookworm. We're not sure of the exact breed, but looks like a small greyhound and certainly acts like a sight hound when she spots potential prey. I came here because this sub seems very knowledgeable about hookworm but I of course understand if the post has to be removed.

I was told to sanitize all toys, bedding, floors, food dishes etc and to spot clean the yard. Which I'm getting started on. We have a big collection of antlers and I'm not sure how to properly sanitize as they're so porous. Should I throw them all out and replace? Boil them? Freeze them? I would be grateful for any tips and suggestions.
