Am I over exaggerating or is this nothing like what I asked for?

Sure it’s lovely, the hairstylist did a good job, but it’s so far from what I actually wanted. He said normally he starts the balayage from the roots and I didn’t think anything much of it, but it’s nowhere near as blended as I envisioned.

Stylist also he’ll tone it really bright and cool knowing that I’m going to Sri Lanka and the sea and sun will fade it. Will that actually happen?

Should I just go to another salon and ask for a semi permanent or a gloss over it?

I’m so lost! I really wanted a caramel or natural looking balayage.
