looking for 4 bay quiet NAS for video streaming

currently I got the QNAP TS 231k which is sadly pretty load under load, the fans are spinning pretty high up which is noisy, also it has a weak CPU.

now Im looking for a NAS which can cool the CPU and HDDs quietly (maybe the NAS also has extra sound isolation?), it should be powerful enough to handle multiple 1080p video streams at once through plex/jellyfin and the LAN port should support something higher than 1 gbit/s.

currently I've got 2x8TB HDDs (ironwolf pro) but I will probably upgrade to 4x14 or even 4x16 TB in Raid1
