Different ip v4 and v6 on safari and chrome iOS

I believe my device is compromised. I don’t have a. PN installed and I’m seeing the above. Is this evidence of infiltration and what should I do first and who should I contact? The device is on my home network and other devices I don’t use have the correct IP. I also saw my Default Gateway on my laptop was incorrect as it did not show my routers assigned address as it should.

EDIT: just turned off Wi-Fi and the IPs are the same on Safari but it changed on Chrome. Wtf? So has someone redirected my traffic on Safari?
