Added zones and have slow leak at clamp points, need advice

Hey all, I just added a two port manifold to my existing 6 zones. In order to get the new valves to line up with boxes, I have a short poly pipe clamped between old and new. However, it's leaking at clamp points. Wondering if I'm not clamping well, of if you'd recommend a better design. Thanks!
