Sapporo Itinerary for Dec 29-30

This is my planned itinerary for the first days of my Hokkaido trip, the following days I'm spending them with my family touring the city. Hoping to get some feedback for just the days I'm going solo. I've hiked similar distances in my tropical home country few times and in relatively decent shape I would say.

Dec 29 -

10am - arrive at CTS

1-3:30pm Stay at sapporo accommodation and rest

3:30-6pm travel to noboribetsu and check in at adex inn

Then dinner around the area, and onsen in the evening

Dec 30

7-9am - hell valley and oyonuma footbath

10am - check out

10am-1pm travel to sapporo

1-4:30pm rest at sapporo

4:30pm-5:30pm - travel to Mt. Moiwa trail

5:30pm - Start hike

7:30pm - Take the ropeway down

Dinner at Susukino
