Might have to unalive a staff member.

Dining Services Director here. Came in to cover an empty spot from a server that sent me a Google AI search result that said people shouldn't work on snowy days as justification for calling off. (Snow is already cleared and melted). Dishes are backed up, jump in the pit. Machine telling me low soap. Lift tub slightly to change it. Feel weight, heavy as hell, must be a brand new tub. Give a little shaky-shake. Someone must have just changed it, maybe there's a clump. Idk, run the primer to get it going again. Run a cycle, still low soap. Lift it up a little, bang the side, try to knock it loose. Prime it. Run it. Still no soap. Fully remove soap tub.

The m******f*****ing cap is still on.

No one can/will tell me who changed it last or how long ago, but God help me when I figure out which dumbass is responsible.
