First time installing LEDs on bike

How would I go about copying this set up? There are too many choices on Amazon. I’m wanting RGB selectable colors with a decent water proof/resistance. I have USB A power banks. What all should I order for the frame and wheel lights? I’ve found a ton of wheel light installation walkthrus but haven’t seen a good frame light install walkthru.
